Our Moose Lake Location

Lynn Folsted, PT and Clinic Owner

  • College of St. Scholastica 
  • Interests/Strengths including Orthopedics, Practice Management, and Program Development 
  • Lynn is a life long area resident with a passion for her profession. She has been fortunate to develop LATS with an emphasis on individualized care without the constraints of a large system. "I am fortunate to have the support from community, friends, and family!"
     

Jessica Johnson, DPT

  •   Bachelor of Arts in Health Sciences in 2003 from The College of St. Scholastica as well as a Master of Arts in Physical Therapy from The College of St. Scholastica in 2004   
  •    Jessica has specialized training in treating men and women with pelvic floor impairments.  She also enjoys treating patients with orthopedic impairments and balance disorders.  Jessica's approach is very hands-on and she uses a variety of manual therapy techniques in her practice, including visceral releases, along with exercise instruction.  Jessica enjoys connecting with her patients and meeting them where they are to help them reach their goals.  
  •  In her spare time Jessica enjoys gardening, home DIY projects, exercising, baking sourdough bread, and spending time with her husband and 2 boys on their farm.    
     

Charles Habermann, DPT

  •   College of St. Scholastica. Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology in 2013, Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2016 
  •  Charlie enjoys treating patients with a variety of orthopedic impairments, especially knee and shoulder pathologies. He also enjoys working with patients on balance impairments. His treatment approach involves a variety of manual and active therapeutic techniques with the goal of optimizing function and independence. 
  •  In his free time, Charlie enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf, running, eating, and watching sports.
     

Darci Dahl, PTA

  • Associates of Applied Science Degree for Physical Therapist Assistant at Lake Superior College  graduating in 2002
  • Darci treats all areas of physical therapy and serves at both our Moose Lake and Cromwell clinic. 
  • Outside of work, Darci enjoys spending time with her family, their farm, and being involved in the community.
     

Cameron Cahoon, PTA

  •  Lake Superior College
  •  Cameron graduated from LSC with an associates degree of applied science.  He enjoys treating patients recovering from Total knee surgeries, general knee pain and patients with balance deficiencies.
  • In his free time he enjoys hunting, fishing, four-wheeling and spending time with friends and family.
     

Our Cromwell Location

Marcia Pocernich, PT and Clinic Owner

  • Masters of Physical Therapy from the College of St. Scholastica. 
  • Marcia has special training for treating women's health.
  • "I love to spend time with my husband and kids. We love to travel, hike, camp, and just hang out together. I enjoy high school activities and being involved in our communities." 

Allie, Hakamaki, DPT

  • Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from The College of St. Scholastica.

 

  • Allie graduated with her undergraduate degree of Exercise Physiology in 2018 and then went on to graduate with her Doctoral degree of Physical Therapy.  She has a passion for treating athletes and people with low back pain  
  •  In her free time she loves to lift heavy weights, run, hunt, explore the outdoors and spend time with her husband and son.  

Darci Dahl, PTA

  • Darci Serves at our Cromwell Clinic, the Villa Vista, and our Moose Lake location. 

Outpatient Physical Therapy Services

Our Cromwell clinic provides treatment for all conditions treated by a physical therapist. 

Nursing Home Services

Our Cromwell location is conveniently located in the Cardinal Court/Villa Vista Complex and our therapists enjoy providing services to the residents. 

Speech Therapy Providers

Tara Wittrock, MSLP, CCC

  •  Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology from Nova Southeastern University  , Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech and Hearing Assn, Registered with MN Department of Health as a Speech/Language Pathologist, Licensed by Sate of MN, Dept of Education as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  •  Tara provides services within the Cromwell-Wright school district, as well as outpatient SLP services for Lake Area Therapy Services 
  •  She loves the variety that this career provides, including the ability to serve the community across all ages as well as the ability to treat and help with a wide range of communication difficulties. 

Occupational Therapy

Leah Pederson, MS OTR/L, CLT

 

  • College of St Scholastica: Bachelor of Arts in Health Sciences in 2010, Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2011.
  • Interests/Strengths: She is certified in lymphedema management. Ultimately, she is interested in anything OT can provide to help the individual relearn/improve daily living skills after an acute or chronic illness or injury.
  • In her spare time Leah enjoys deer hunting, farming with her parents and spending time with her husband, son, dog, extended family and friends. 
  • Provides service to both Cromwell and Moose Lake Clinics.

Massage Therapy

Courtney Erickson, MT

 

  • Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork from Minnesota School of Cosmetology.
  • Courtney belives in the mind/body connection approach to Massage Therapy.  She uses this to work with patients to help them reach their wellness goals.  She also is trained in Myofascial Release, Reflexology and Hot Stones Massage.
  • Courtney enjoys spending time with her Husband and 2 boys.  She loves baking, cooking, gardening, and living a self- sustaining lifestyle.   

Steffany Drilling, MT

 

  •  International School of South Daytona, Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Body Work.  
  •  Steffany specializes in a more therapeutic approach to Massage Therapy. She has a background of working along side a variety of medical professionals and spends time with each client to determine a treatment plan to best fit their lifestyle.  
  • Outside of work, Steffany enjoys spending time with her husband, two kids and extended family snowmobiling, ice fishing, forging, and agate hunting. She also loves to repurpose furniture and do a variety of painting/art.
